Waterloo Hotel, Austin

New boutique hotel development in downtown Austin, across the street from the new Waterloo Park and Moody amphitheater. Unimpeded panoramic views of the State Capitol and downtown skyline. Next to the UT campus, Dell Seton Medical Center and Symphony Sq./Waller Creek redevelopment.

Aman Hotel & Residences, NYC

Redevelopment of the historic Crown Building with 83 suites, 22 residences, a 25,000 sf SAP and wellness center, a jazz club and a 7,000 sf Sky garden Bar overlooking Central Park. This project was designed to be the North American urban landmark property for this ultra luxury brand: Aman.
 

Baccarat Hotel, NYC

Development and pre-opening process of this 115 room hotel and 59 branded residences located in midtown Manhattan. This project was designed to be the anchor of a new-ultra luxury hotel brand paired with the legendary crystal designer: Baccarat.

Hotel Emma, San Antonio

Expansion of the historic Emma Hotel and brand developed to anchor the renovation of the Pearl Brewery. The focus was to create a live, dine, work and play district along the San Antonio Riverwalk.

Equal Justice Initiative Hotel & Education Center

Development of a specially programmed hotel and education center steps away from The National Memorial For Peace and Justice. The goal is to expand the mission of the the Equal Justice Initiative and augment the experience of the rapidly growing number of visitors and corporate sponsors.

Redevelopment and pre-opening process of this 194 room hotel located in the heart of Brooklyn, NY with views of NYC’s skyline, the statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge.

Carillon Hotel, Miami

Repositioning and $20M renovation of this beachfront hotel in Miami Florida for Z-Capital.

Vivo Resorts, Puerto Escondido

Real estate development, commercialization and resort operations of two master planned beachfront communities totaling more than 2 miles of beachfront and 500 residential/hotel units located in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca in the South Pacific coast of Mexico. Long internationally renowned for its consistent quality of surf year round, prehistoric cuisine and culture as well as privileged weather. Hesperus is assisting with all aspects of the execution of the development vision founder and olympian sky legend, Cary Mullen.
